Join us on one of our luxury catamarans or on the Brig Unicorn for a fun-filled day on the Caribbean Sea to the Pitons. Enjoy the sail along our West Coast line to the town of Soufriere. Visit the world’s only drive-in volcano and the Toraille Gardens and Waterfall. A delicious lunch is served in Soufriere. On your return journey, stop to swim and snorkel and visit the idyllic harbour of Marigot Bay. An open bar serving sodas, rum punch and beers awaits you on board.

Take a trip on the wild side with our experienced jeep drivers. Your journey takes you into the tropical rainforest, stops to sample the local fruits in season and get a chance to swim in a waterfall. Lunch is served at a restaurant. Refreshment coolers are on board. Jeeps are fitted with seat belts.

Especially for those of you with this special interest, you are invited to spend some quality time within the Edmund Rainforest where a knowledgeable guide will lead you to try to find the exotic birds of our island, all within the early hours. Experience the dawn chorus of local birds, in particular the Saint Lucian Parrot Amazona Versicolor, the tranquility of the forest and the pleasing experience of being close to nature itself.

Head down to Anse-la-Raye on Fridays, a real highlight. Every Friday night the village comes alive with a Fish Fest. Sample the endless varieties of fresh fish – see how the villagers prepare it right before your eyes. Dance the night away once the music starts.

Sport fishing is one of the most exciting ways to spend a day at sea, and Saint Lucia offers some of the best fishing in the Caribbean. The captain and crew are versed in the ways of the sea, so don’t worry if you are a beginner; they will show you the ropes and supply the bait, tackle and drinks on board. Catches can include marlin, sailfish, mackerel, barracuda, tuna and dorado. But if you catch a whopper, please remember the fish belongs to the Captain, so take your cameras along!

Leaving so soon? Well then take home a box of 22 mixed tropical flowers and foliage including Heliconias, Anthurium, Lillies and much more!! This is a nice way to remember our beautiful island. The 18 hole golf course is perfectly located within the scenic rolling hills of Cap Estate, overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. The luch fairways are guarded on the right by trees and on the left by bunkers and countoured greens are surronded by orchids and bromeliads.
After your round of golf, gracious hospitality awaits you in an open air resautrant and bar with a panoramic view of paradise.
